A screening questionnaire was first presented to the entire LISS panel about the provision of informal care, i.e. the provision of assistance to acquaintances with health problems. Based on the screening, a selection was made among the respondents who provided informal care. This codebook and data set concern the main measurement.

Retrospective informal care career > Follow-up measurement	This questionnaire is part of a retrospective study into informal care careers. Respondents that indicated in a previous questionnaire (in March 2020) that they were informal caregivers at that time were now invited for this follow-up questionnaire. The goal of this follow-up study was to establish whether the corona crisis had an effect on their role as informal caregiver.
