Bedtime Procrastination: An Exploration of the ‘Who’, ‘What’ and ‘Why’

In
the current study we aim to shed light on the prevalence of bedtime
procrastination in the general population and to find out to what extent it is
perceived as problematic. In addition, we aim to explore to what extent bedtime
procrastination can be considered a typical self-regulation problem, and what
are the most common reasons for people to stay up late. This project consists
of two parts, in the second part people keep a diary in which bedtime behavior
is assessed.
