The Tilburg Consumer Outlook Monitor (TILCOM) is a longitudinal monitor of consumer emotions and behavior. TILCOM systematically tracks economic expectations, emotional responses to economic developments, and consumption coping in response to economic developments. TILCOM furthermore relates this to specific topical themes. The TILCOM survey is conducted each quarter among members of the LISS panel. The panel is divided into three groups, and for every measurement, two of these groups are interviewed. This means that each panel member will be presented a maximum of three TILCOM questionnaires per year.
