Tilburg Election Study 2017

In the Tilburg Election Study (a collaboration of researchers associated with CentERdata, the Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM), and the Tilburg Law School (TLS)), the LISS panel was used in a scientific experiment to predict how voters would vote in the general (parliamentary) elections held on 15 March 2017. Approximately 3,500 respondents were presented questions about their political preference, on a weekly basis. The calculation to predict the results took account of voters still unsure whether they would cast their vote, or for which party.

From 16 March 2017 (the day after the elections), panel members were asked about their voting behaviour.
