Description
In the current study we aim to shed light on the prevalence of bedtime procrastination in the general population and to find out to what extent it is perceived as problematic. In addition, we aim to explore to what extent bedtime procrastination can be considered a typical self-regulation problem, and what are the most common reasons for people to stay up late. This project consists of two parts; in the second part people keep a diary in which bedtime behavior is assessed.
