Bedtime Procrastination: An Exploration of the ‘Who’, ‘What’ and ‘Why’

In
the current study we aim to shed light on the prevalence of bedtime
procrastination in the general population and to find out to what extent it is
perceived as problematic. In addition, we aim to explore to what extent bedtime
procrastination can be considered a typical self-regulation problem, and what
are the most common reasons for people to stay up late. This project consists
of two parts, in the second part people keep a diary in which bedtime behavior
is assessed.

Bedtime Procrastination: An Exploration of the ‘Who’, ‘What’ and ‘Why’ > Part 1

In part 1 the LISS panel completed a questionnaire about bedtime
procrastination.

Bedtime Procrastination: An Exploration of the ‘Who’, ‘What’ and ‘Why’ > Part 2

In part 2 people keep a diary in which
bedtime behaviour is assessed.

LISS panel > Travel behavior, well-being and transport-related attitudes

This research
is designed to address three primary research questions:

1. What impact does an individual’s transport
behavior have on his or her subjective well-being?

2. To what extent does commuting travel behavior
influence non-work travel behavior and vice-versa?

3. To what extent are
transport-related attitudes associated among members of the same household and
to what extent do household members influence (socialize) each other over time
with respect to these attitudes?

LISS panel > Travel behavior, well-being and transport-related attitudes > Wave 1

This is the first wave of a study on travel behavior.

LISS panel > Travel behavior, well-being and transport-related attitudes > Wave 2

This is the second wave of a study on travel behavior.

Title Description
Collecting as Self-Regulation

The aim of the study is to investigate how many people of the LISS-panel collect, why they themselves think they do so and whether
this behavior is correlated with personality characteristics and social
consequences in order to quantify the basics of collecting behavior.

The
project consists of two questionnaires, administered in August 2013, and September 2013.

Collecting as Self-Regulation > Part 1

This questionnaire examines the prevalence
of collecting behavior and its functions and motives.

Collecting as Self-Regulation > Part 2

This questionnaire examines the prevalence
of collecting behavior and its functions and motives.
