In March 2010, the LISS panel completed a questionnaire on counter-terrorism measures. Half of the participating panel members was presented (traditional) attitudinal questions about measures to combat terrorism, while the other half was questioned about their willingness to pay for such measures. The four measures were presented to the panel members in random order. The questionnaire was fielded for a second time in March 2011.
