Reasons to Snack

This project aims to investigate the reasons for unhealthy snacking behavior. To that end, the validity and reliability of the Reasons to Snack Scale are assessed. The predictive validity of the scale is determined by measuring unhealthy snack consumption one month after administering the Reasons to Snack Scale.
